Shannon Baptist Church was having a great Vacation Bible School, with over 500 kids registered each summer for the one-week program. Things were going right in the attendance department but when it came to keeping track of the statistics involved in an ongoing competition with that many children, the church staff had its hands full. With a custom built database from DTS the church staff was able to track each child's points, spiritual decisions made, address, attendance, and the high scorers in each age group, helping maximize efficiency and more effectively minister to the children. When the week was over, the necessary follow-up was only a few clicks away, using generated reports. With the right solution the hours of moving paper were changed into a few mouse clicks.
