When Wisconsin state assembly candidate Randall Melchert needed to make sense of thousands of pieces of information--in a hurry--he called DTS. Politicians collect voter information from a variety of sources, but when it comes time to put it all together strategically they need an expert on board.
On short notice, DTS took nearly 4 million data points on some 50,000 people and analyzed, organized, prioritized, and sorted the information in just a few days, generating targeted lists used for mailing and last-minute "get-out-the-vote" phone calls to supporters and potential supporters.
This project involved complex data analysis and manipulation, several custom algorithms, and extensive programming, but DTS came through with results that exceeded the candidate's expectations. |

Every educational institution needs to track enrollment, but no two schools are exactly alike. Many distance learning opportunities require very fluid solutions, since students can start or finish a course on any given day. Other enrollment periods are more defined, but each presents unique challenges and needs. Managing all that information can be a nightmare. DTS has been developing custom database-driven solutions to manage enrollment and achievement information for years, making us an easy choice for your next database project. Call for details. |

Shannon Baptist Church was having a great Vacation Bible School, with over 500 kids registered each summer for the one-week program. Things were going right in the attendance department but when it came to keeping track of the statistics involved in an ongoing competition with that many children, the church staff had its hands full. With a custom built database from DTS the church staff was able to track each child's points, spiritual decisions made, address, attendance, and the high scorers in each age group, helping maximize efficiency and more effectively minister to the children. When the week was over, the necessary follow-up was only a few clicks away, using generated reports. With the right solution the hours of moving paper were changed into a few mouse clicks. |
