Greenville knows that Herlong Bates Burnett is one of the best independent insurance agencies in town, but their website didn't reflect their reputation for quality, service, and attention to detail. DTS rebuilt the site from the ground up, paying special attention to subtle differentiators that make HBB great -- things like personal service, integrity, 80 years of combined experience, proactive service, and 24-hour availability via HBB24. We then created key messages to communicate each of these ideas and featured those in an image slider on the front page. HBB has a growing social media presence, so we also featured a "Connect with Us" section with links to Facebook, Twitter, an RSS feed, and newsletter signup. Finally, we understand that people do business with people, and testimonials are a great way to feature people -- real clients talking about real experiences with real HBB employees -- so we feature a testimonials page prominently on the front page.
