How can you charge less than other companies and still stay in business?

On-site technical support from DTS is just $99 per hour, but we frequently offer significant discounts to new customers or in connection with a service contract. The effective bill rate usually represents a substantial discount compared to most other on-site services in Greenville. How can we do it?

  1. Almost no overhead. We don't rent fancy office space or drive expensive vehicles, so our overhead costs are low.
  2. No advertising expenses. When people discover our fast, friendly, and competent service, they want to tell others. Our business is built entirely on referrals, and so we pass on the advertising savings to our customers. 
 
What is your average response time?
While we haven't done any studies to determine a precise "average response time," we can almost always be at your location the same day you call, and usually in less than an hour. Problems vary in complexity, of course, but most service calls can be completed in less than 2 hours.
